DELIVERY:

Delivery is made through renowned transport companies, mainly Correos (State Post and Telegraph Society) but not only. In any case, Chandelle Creations is the sole responsible for choosing the transport company.

 

The usual delivery date is 5 to 10 working days after payment confirmation. This period may be increased up to 15 days in the case of the United States or other non European countries.

 

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer during the ordering process. Any request to modify the delivery destination must be done by e-mail to contact@muguetatelier.com

 

Once the order is out of our premises and has been taken in charge by the transport company, the delivery address modification will not be possible, unless the extra expenses are paid by the customer and previously agreed upon between both parties. The order will be delivered to the customer directly by the transport company, together with a delivery note that will include the customer's data, address and order number.

 

The delivery date for products made with out of stock fabrics will differ, according to the reception date of these fabrics by Chandelle Creations, owner of the trademark Muguet Atelier. In such cases, we will not be able to guarantee an accurate delivery time.

 

The cost of transportation is free for purchases over 200 euros in all the European Economic Community, except for Spain, Portugal and Andorra, for which it is always free.

 

Delivery costs depend on the destination and are calculated during the paying process, always before the final acceptation of payment.

The customer can track his order on the users panel by logging in. His previous orders can also be seen. He will receive an e-mail at his users address informing of the issue of his order. In some cases (depending on the transport company), he may receive information about the tracking code and website. He will be informed, anyway, of the estimated delivery date.

 

Delivery times are estimated.

 

Delivery costs are shown in the shopping basket and are automatically recalculated for any added product.

 

In case of absence of the receiver, the package may be deposited at a contact point and kept there for a certain period (usually 15 natural days, counting from the day after the deposition day). Both the contact point and the keeping period will be indicated in a note placed in the customer's letterbox. If the package is not picked up within the mentioned period, it will be returned. In case the customer should be responsible for the delivery failing (by giving an incorrect address or not picking up the package at the contact point), the expenses of a new delivery will be at his cost.
